Welcome to my EPortfolio. My name is Nathan Fish and I am a college graduate at the State University of New York at Cortland. I have a passion for Physical Education and helping students reach their full potential. In a society where obesity is on the rise I am here to educate students about their own health, by teaching them about the importance of nutrition and exercising. Not only do I teach Physical Education, I live it. My hobbies include football, basketball, volleyball, sprinting, functional training, weight training, and nutrition.
I knew I wanted to become a Physical Educator after suffering a severe knee injury during my senior season of high school football. My football career was over, but I thought; what a thrill it would be to help others reach their fullest potential. Through coaching and teaching I believe that I can help students reach the next level, and help them achieve their goals and chase new goals.
I am currently employed with the Bradford Central School District, where I am the Physical Educator for grades Pre-K through 6th.
